Swiftly singing it's sweet song,
The waterfall fills the lake
"Shh Shh" it cries,
As the birds quiet down for its sake.
The sun was smiling down on them,
The frogs dancing like stars,
The sea of grass swaying in the breeze,
Only disturbed by galas.
Making marvelous music,
the bees sang in a joyful choir
The frogs provided the beat of a drum,
and the waterfall played the lyre.
Right through the evening they played,
until nightfall came,
Then everything stood still for a while,
Because they didn't want to have much fame.
