Frozen Bliss

When I am craving something sweet,
icecream is my favourite treat.
From dozens of flavours I get to choose.
I change my favourite like I change my shoes.
Many fond memories made in the icecream store.
No matter how much I eat, I keep on wanting more.
Chocolate, vanilla, caramel or berry.
The masters of icecream are Ben and Jerry.
On a hot and sunny Summer afternoon
all I want is icecream on my spoon.
Even in Winter in the cold and rain
when others may think eating icecream is insane,
all I can think about is that frozen bliss,
that creamy deliciousness giving my heart a kiss.
