City Vs Country

The dirty pollution fills the sky,
While the noisy train rattles by,
The tall building block the sun,
In the city I feel so glum,
In the country it streams with light,
And the low swooping trees give me delight,
The chirping birds sing a nice song,
And the grass is green and very long,
I wish I could stay in the country for a while,
Because in the city it is hard to smile,
The noise from the traffic drives me crazy,
The smog from the factories makes the air hazy,
So as you can see,
I’m sure you’ll agree,
When it comes to the city or country town,
The country is the winner.., hands down!
