See storms are a metaphor for a lost life hidden in your smile
When these storms occur, they can trap you,
You want to escape, but the water current pulls you back in,
When the waves crash down on you, they create scars and scratches
You think they heal but they don’t,
They build
Eventually there are so many storms,
There is not enough room for scars
The storms become real, and you are just drowning
Because you can’t keep the surface calm
Not wanting to suffer anymore
Taking their last breath
And letting the current pull them down to darkness
