Shadows start forming, the sun falls asleep,
Over the horizon, the moon begins to creep,

Specks of silver begin to fill a sky,
Lying in my bed, my thoughts start to die,

As we know, the big star will rise at dawn,
A new day, the darkness has gone,

Be grateful for all the small things,
Look around for the good, that every day brings.
