I would be foolish to
Wish your fondness lingered,
Yet my fingertips continue to stretch,
Reaching for tenderness through the
Shattered glass.
Strangle me all you want my dear,
For as long as I have the privilege to share your gaze,
I will gasp for air.
Do not worry,
The girl with the big heart can tear herself to pieces
So that you are not plagued the task.
She will pick apart your pink
Until you glow.
A catalyst,
Discarded.
