Serene ripples of an azure sheen
Coruscating in the harsh outback shine
Flamboyant myriad of coral, a beauteous scene
By the first lights of Aurora, oh so divine
A crystal splendour covering the stars above
Soft white cotton frolicking in the painting of blue
As fair and motionless a petrified dove
But in majestic spectacles of slew
Frail, misty, unique, floating through the air
The fragile feather of a bird’s own wing
Hovering, yet dancing in the gusting wind’s blare
Through the misty air in await for spring
Neither Earth, nor sky, nor the mighty sea
None still a benign haven as the wanderer's lee
Feel the utter dismay in Mother Earth’s final plea
As now, she too is in eternal sleep, and is forever free
