Your head whirls around like a hurricane
Your stomach grinding like a blender
You feel sick and want to cry
You feel like giving up
Your fingers start shivering like you are in the snow
Your eyes are wide with fear
You feel like you need the doctor
You can’t stop thinking of what you are
Your face gets more and more scared
Are you worried?
