Desire; the fuel for all life in the universe
The desire to live, desire to win;
A flickering light that shines within.
You had that spark since the day you were born,
With every aspiration it grew, your eyes reflecting its’ fierce hue
Yet sometimes, that little fire dies and leaves you empty
With the light gone, you lose your way
There is nothing left for you to do, no reason to stay.
Desire; the fuel for all life in the universe
It all starts with aspiration, an infatuation.
You lost your light, you lost yourself
Who are you?
To me, you’ll always be the most intriguing natural phenomenon.
Phenomena are everywhere, yet you're different, my desire is for you to stay,
So promise me that you will stay.
