The wind was blowing,
it was a fine sunny day.
The Autumn leaves were up and going.
I wondered if they knew the way.
My face was warm and full of glee,
then something caught my eye.
A wonderful site, just there on that tree,
red in colour, my kite was hiding very high.
A flock of birds smiled at me,
as if they knew who was I.
Life is beautiful, don't you agree,
we all should smile and don't cry.
