Dark shapes illuminate the sky
The world tips back and forth
The Earth shall not hold much longer
As one creature watches this all,
He thinks of the former,
The great empires, the Holy and the poor,
The large buildings, that reached the sky,
The once great lands that he lived in. Once.
The magma flowed as if liquid.
His eyes lit up at the destruction
The smoky air, the screams of all
As he, the small creature he was,
Had done this all. All of it.
He lingered, and watched it.
The world was dead.
Forgotten. Forever.
