Massacre

I’m in the war – didn’t think I would be
Hearing shots in the trees
Bullets flying past me
Running through the bloodbath of my platoon
I see napalm dropping through the haze of smoke
Then I see an explosion
Spreading jellied gasoline though villages of innocents
I run towards the haze
Shooting at enemies that shot my mates
I see burning villages up in flames
Kids running, screaming
Their skins peeling off as they yell
Can’t wait till this massacre ends.
