Save Earth!

A simple burning peace of cotton wool,
Thrown away,
And forgotten in the dust,
Since when did no-one care,
Why do we only use things once,
Things are always dying around us,
And it’s always caused by us,
Why is our race always so selfish,
I really am quite besmirched,
How can we be so ignorant,
I know that we can make a change,
But I cannot believe,
That we caused this problem,
And now we have to fix it,
We all must help mend this planet,
Are we really burning our world.
