Trudging through fields of inundated pain
Destruction left in its path
Countries and cities succumb to its reign
A cold callous dark psychopath
Case-hardened by murder, divaricated nation
Malevolent plague, worldwide annihilation
Futile attempts to rebuild their shattered sanity
Ghosts of perdition subsist in their reality
Acrid smoke, anaemic breath
Approaching the great human wall
Down the unhallowed plunge of death
Agonised screams, as allies fall
Endless rows, of nameless graves
Relentless detestation buried away
Our tormented heroes will never rest
Unceasing vengeance for their innocent death
War
