The buildings that block the sun,
The hope that seeps through the cracks in the walls,
A firefly trapped in a bottle,
Just trying to tell the truth.
There’s a voice who speaks,
Who’s drowned in silence,
It tells the truth, it warns us what’s coming,
In a voice of youth.
In a flow of colours,
The world unwinds,
Each turn more perilous
Than the last.
