O unfathomable sea that changes with moon, The one we befoul with our gloom
O ocean of time whose drops we borrow, Yet if flows revealing the morrow
It is the best sharpener, It is the best blunter
Healing us with every encounter
Time … it repeats, Time … it completes
Whilst changing with every heart beat
On a wide level of mountain’s head, The birds try for their wings to spread
Two children run their endless race, Wanting to follow the famous’ trace
Whether rough or smooth both have pass’d, Not knowing if they score first or last
Dust if you must, but we lack the time, With rivers to swim and mountains to climb
Music to hear and books to read, Friends to cherish and a life to lead
Bake a cake or plant a seed, Why not ponder between want and need
Today is present, yesterday…history, Soon it becomes the unsolved mystery
Money well spent, known as smart, Yet... time spent well makes life good from start
