Animals Are Equal

Animals watch every step you take,
they know when you’ve made an environmental mistake.
They may live in a tree, they may live in the sea,
animals should not be kept in captivity.
They deserve a voice like us, they are not a curse,
animals all around the world, these creatures are very diverse.
They are not ugly nor are they meaningless,
but they are mighty and so fearless.
Animals shall not injure you if you do not harm them,
they are precious to the world and equal to a gem.
They will carry out no murder as long as they feel secure,
there is no need for capture because they are part of our future.
Animals are important, they are ancient and NOT discordant.
Animals are not criminals nor are they malicious,
they are very strong willed, faithful and ambitious.
Some creatures come out at night, some creatures come out in daylight,
animals are amazing beings THEY deserve the spotlight.
