The whales breaching through the air
Seagulls soaring without a care
The hot sun glistening on the shore
The tide comes in like before

The tropical essence of coconut
The hard, huge sweet-tasting nut
The flavourful taste of fish and chips
Is tangy and salty on my lips

The salty air that goes up my nose
That relaxes me from my head to my toes
The seaweed from the ocean floor
That stinks and smells upon the shore

Waves crashing on the rocks
The sound of boats arriving at the docks
The children playing with a toy
Hearing them laughing is a joy
