The girl with the long dark hair
I saw her sitting in the chair
In the blink of an eye
And the switch of the lights
She was to be found nowhere

Out the window lightning struck
The doors were locked and I was stuck
I was trapped inside the dark
Then far away I saw a spark

I laid in my bed
As she stared at me dead
“Do you remember me” she said.

She reminded me of a girl named Amber
The one that was found dead in a chamber
But she couldn't have appeared out of thin air
The girl with the long dark hair.
