Jake wanted to cake a bake
What it takes to make a cake?
“I’ll ask my friend to help me”, he thought
But he fought
As he said a clear big “No!”
He wondered what to do
There on the shelf lied a recipe book of cake
He was determined to bake

Jake put the mix in the oven
But oven did not start, it was open
He followed the steps incorrectly
But the cake seemed friendly
Though through a struggle, it baked
Its aroma made the sleeping catty wake
But he’s friend was the only judge
A famous chef who delightfully ate without a grudge
