Gazing in the mirror at her
unfortunate pus-filled companion
What has she done to deserve this?
Her instinct is to kill it
but at the back of her head a voice repeats
“Don’t do it. Don’t do it. Scar. Scar”
Building up courage to stand up to her
own personal inanimate gone-wrong beauty spot
Maybe too much pus has leaked into her brain
She’s doing it with her Dad as her own motivational support stand-by helper
