The mountains seemed to be swallowed up by the endless expanse of ancient, twisted trees,
The majestic rainforest.
A grim look crept across my face,
I leapt off the cliff,
And plummeted into the great green abyss.
My screams shattered the eerie silence,
Memories of my parents, family and friends flash before my eyes,
The time me and my brother had a food fight at the dinner table,
My 6th birthday party where I got the toy car I wanted,
The lush bright green rainforest canopy was drawing nearer,
I pulled my ripcord.
