Silver eyes watch skies turn blue,
Seeking light behind the moon,
White stars are left behind,
No wishes left to find,
Daylight comes whilst moonlight runs,
And this is when morning comes,
The sky may turn pink, red and yellow,
Colours set across the easel,
A colourful display called sunrise,
A painter's dream now alive,,
This happens when the day has come
