Trapped is tiger,
he sleeps on hard concrete,
surrounded by spiky wire.
He is hungry,
he cannot hunt in a cage.
He closes his eyes,
dreaming, not sleeping.
He dreams of the forest with soft moss to sleep on.
There he can run freely.
There he can hunt freely.
Though he cannot leave this cage,
it will never be his home.
For his heart is still living in the forest.
