The Cross To My Heart

Beautiful to me, it is all I can see.
Close to my heart, oh, so smart.
He defines us! who I am,
And who you should be,
He gives you the key,
For you to see.
He speaks, be brave like me!
As fast as a tiger, he brings back your memories.
Some good, some bad, don’t worry, he won’t be mad.
his life was taken for you and I, for all the sins, that we begin.
To be forgiven.
He gives you chance to feel safe and loved,
but it starts with you,
he is now just a symbol, a symbol of love.
Take a journey through the heart of the cross.
listen closely to sound of him glistening in the Harmonious times of daylight,
when you’re scared look to him and see him shining like the sun at its brightest.
he is the heart of me, can’t you see!
