what would hurt more, to burn or freeze?
is society truly free?
i see no 'c' in 'sea' or 'see'
what if there's more to life than me?
each day, a hundred kids die of hunger,
each hour, the terrorist movement's stronger
somebody just died, they feel no longer
how can i hear the sound of thunder?
our planet's dying, we need to take action
but we're too caught up in our distraction
we worry about the borders of our trivial faction
colour isn't real, it's just refraction
to put it simply, i must know more
my mind hungers for answers galore
but when the winds die down, nothing comes forth
why is it after dark that my mind roars?
