These friendships that we hold,
we'll hold dearly as we grow old.
We'll get through all the meaningless fights
and help each other through troublesome nights.
A collection of memories from so many years of love.
We'll look down and smile with our hearts from up above.
Through the thick and the thin,
we go through phases like layers of skin.
Although sometimes we may hurt each other,
I know for certain that there is no one I'd rather.
We withstand when times are tough
because we know in our hearts that we are each enough.
Every time we've cried on each others shoulders,
Our hearts will always be our happiness holders.
Sometimes we drift apart and don't talk for days,
but it's the memories of our love that will forever be on replay.
