Wake up in the morning -
Heat rushes into your room.
Temperature rises - 37, 40, 45 degrees
Clouds are brewing...
SUDDENLY, roaring thunder and lightning
Flashing madly across the dark, grey sky.
Torrential rain falls for days and days,
Creeks and rivers rising, roads cut,
People stranded and imprisoned in their own homes.
Sky is clearing and the sun is shining,
The rain is gone and the creeks and dams are full.
Everything is calm, cool and quiet again.
