Miracle In The Sky

In this dusky, dull peculiar place.
A curious, little look is on my inquisitive face.
I look up and I can see,
A magnificent miracle before me.
Can my eyes take in something so great?
It’s so extraordinary I’m going to faint.
I start to feel terribly dizzy.
My body reached the grass and it’s super frizzy.
Mum tries to push and pull me up
But, oh noooo I’m totally stuck!
I now start to panic but I cannot run.
I’m so worried, this is absolutely no fun.
I look up and suddenly see,
The rain has washed the frizzy grass off me.
I slowly stand up with a sigh of relief.
I look at Mum but she doesn’t speak.
She looks down at me with her lovely bright smile.
We still need to walk a whole long mile.
