Excellence Award in the 'The Inside Story 2020' competition

I played a lot of video games
And saw a lot of TV.
I only had myself to blame
Because it was greedy

I didn’t spend time with family,
I liked games more than friends.
It made me sad and proved to me
That too much screen should end.

Now I like to play with mates,
I run and jump and hop.
And Mum always says I’m really great,
When I help her too wash up.
