Day And Night

The stars were bright
In the gloomy night
The sky twinkled
The moon gave of a cosmic sprinkle
The glow of the moon wasn’t bright
But soon the sun would come with the light
In a while the bats will have to flee
Because soon the sun would meet the sea
Kookaburras laughed and giggled
Even though they weren’t being tickled
