Dark and gloomy death
It’s a life without warning,
A stop with no sign,
We all meet death,
Some sooner rather than later,
We will never know when we will draw our very last breath,
Our precious lives at stake,
Comrades falling,
Loved ones says goodbye,
This is our war,
our life,
and the lives of all the solders around us.
