Early in the meadow,
The humming birds hum.
Early in the meadow,
A little tune like tumpa-tee-tum.
Early in the meadow,
The woodpeckers peck.
Early in the morning,
Enough to make a deck.
Early in the meadow,
The kookaburra's song.
Early in the meadow,
Is quite funny if he sings it wrong.
Early in the meadow,
