It’s my door, I can do what I like
They try to control me
They can go take a hike
Dad says “If you slam that door one more time
Then I’ll take it off it’s hinges”
Seriously, he can’t do that, the door is mine
“Everyone in this family needs to show love and respect” says Mum
“We should all work together as a team”
Seriously, we can’t do that, it’s just so dumb
My brother says “everyone stop shouting I’m trying to beat my top score”
“I can’t focus with all the yelling”
Seriously, it’s none of his business, it’s not even his door
Living in this house is so hard core
No one understands how hard it is
So I hide behind my door
