Born as old Dreamer's daughter
Learned to build her raft by the banks
Made it strong and set it on
Winding River's water.
Drifted down a sheltered stream
Filled with love and wildest dreams
Dear ones know that she will go
Wherever Winding River flows.
Left her homeland far behind
Rain drops dance across her cheek
She braved the storm, again was warm
And still the River Winds.
Now her soul prepared anew
Ripples whisper she is true
For it calls, the end of all
Her Winding River's waterfall.
