Soaring With The Storm

CRASH!
Lightning tackled the ground,
sending fiery sprays towards the thunder,
colliding with the earth and creating an explosion of dust and soil.
Thunder boomed and echoed, pummeling towards the proud standing trees, lassoing anything in its wake.
The storm raged on, bellowing and illuminating the darkened sky.
Then suddenly a ray of glimmering light washed over the now golden atmosphere,
bringing everything to a halting stop.
