Quarantine

It was finally quarantine.
Nothing to do,
just school and work,
or a walk to my local canteen.
I couldn't just go there,
I had to wear a mask,
I had to social distance,
and that was all a child bare.
There were so many people trying to distance,
it was hard to space out,
then the police came out and said...
"KEEP YOUR DARN PERSISTENCE!"
