The night shimmers with joy and spite,
today is no other but Halloween night,
The lanterns are lit and the kids are out,
its going to be one hell of a shout,
amongst the darkness and in the mist,
a creature comes out for the Halloween bliss,
he comes for children, he comes for fright,
this creature is known as Halloween's night,
he's only a story, only a tale, just a creature from Halloween's lair,
He's back from the darkness, back from the grave,
back for one last Halloween raid,
the kids are excited and not afraid,
He must fix Halloween or away he will fade.
