Fairy Tales

I once loved to love,
I used to believe in fairy tales,
I don’t believe in that stuff anymore.
Why did I stop?
There was always a happy ending,
And maybe I need that once more.
To wake up in the old house,
Among my brother and sister
As my mother reads of folk and princes and princesses.
And I am no longer longing for what is unreachable,
Because I am there again
Reading fairy tales in bliss.
