It’s almost dusk on a warm summer's night,
The sun is still half down as the sky is still alight.
I stand by a group of trees,
For I gaze at a great summer's breeze.
In the distance I hear the light bellows,
From out a far to create fewer echoes.
The summer's warmth starts to fade,
No sooner the calm breeze begins to delay.
When you dance in the long thin grass,
Your shadow will mock your path.
And beyond the dark night,
Our hearts will call out for those who
Have left us for a while,
But are forever not gone.
Therefore this is a place not to be shown,
For I shall be the only one to have ever known.
