Tiny, shimmering snowflakes fall from the heavens above
They twinkle and dance in the early morning light
A soft blanket of snow covers the trees and tips the mountains with white
It reminds me that we are all different
Just like the snowflakes
The grey clouds and misty fog give the scene a mysterious atmosphere
And the cold arctic wind sends chills down my spine
Apart from the sound of my frosty breath, clouding the air around me, all is silent
The clear, crisp mountain air is refreshing and rejuvenating
Just me, my thoughts, and the snowflakes
