A hand shuddered at the touch,
Of hope and desire,
That heard but never listened
That looked but never saw
That touched but never felt
This person wrote at every corner of humanity
Creating the manifest destiny
That looks upon our eyes with dismay,
But understands...
This person, who can create something beyond society’s control
Who stood with pride and unfolded history,
Who listened but never heard
Who saw but never looked
Who felt but never touched
Can only be one person,
You.
