They used to be innocent
A vicious wind chose this path for them
Clouds of loyalty blinded their eyes
They lay waiting,
In fate’s hands

Their souls were feathers
Soaring high,
Only to be brought down by bullets rain
A will to save them all
Hope laden in their heavy hearts
Side by side
Here forever
Fragility of life
