Everything happens for a reason
Even when your heart shatters into a million pieces and can never be whole again
The wound that causes the stars to lose their light, the tunnel that is never ending
the spark in your eyes that fades, distance that is now between everything and everyone
The happy things, the things that you love are now bitter or causes a storm of sadness and angry
Thoughts questioning yourself, your worth, everything you use to be is now a ghost
Happiness and love that is now a memory
the feeling of hollowness caused by a never ending storm of sadness and anger from the pain…
…And they say everything happens for a reason
But slowly your heart begins to pick up the pieces
The light at the end of tunnel is showing
The stars are slowly regaining their light
Baggage that is now claimed
The pain left a scar
This lesson which you grow and thrive from, that helped shaped the person you are going to be
The hardship, the pain leaves a scar and now you understand… everything happens for a reason
