Excellence Award in the 'The Write Note 2021' competition
As I surveyed the waterfall it depicted a curtain of crystals sparkling brightly,
Water flowing like a faucet on high,
Beneath the vertical drop lies a multi-layered cake,
With spaghetti like vines gripping into every crevice,
Like a child gazing at the shelf of a candy store full of delicious delights,
Dew ever so slowly is trickling down the pineapple shaped shrubs,
Into the wild and beastly river,
As night falls upon the waterfall the river starts to dance in the moon’s presence,
Glow worms crawling about on the soft and damp rocks covered in silky moss.
