Fairytale (acrostic poem)

Far, far away, in a place you’ve never heard of.

A princess in a castle, waits to be rescued.

In storms her Prince Charming, mounted on his white stallion.

Riding out the door they encounter an evil witch.

Yelling at her, warning her to leave, the prince drew his sword.

“Temper, temper”, said the witch, shaking her wand at him.

And in a puff of smoke, she turned the prince into a toad.

Leaping into action, the princess kissed the toad, which then turned her into one as well!

Embarking on their journey to find a pond in which to live, the prince and the princess didn’t really live happily ever after.
