Road lead me on to someplace quiet,
Free of noise, confusion, and riot.

Let me cruise on your open path,
To my dreamland away from the world’s wrath.

You seem to understand my hurts and my pains,
Though all you really do is provide your open plain.

Take me on a journey to a destination unknown,
To a dwelling far away were I can be alone.

Ride me off to wherever my heart desires,
Someplace that my soul admires.

Guide me into the setting sun,
Where the vibrant sky is filled with passion.

As long as you set me free and take me away,
Away to a place where my mind is allowed to relax and play,

I will forever wander you road,
Then forever and eternally will I be able to escape from this heavy load.
