Whoosh! Tim’s amber painted car passed everyone’s except his enemy, Tom. Tom had started 67 milliseconds early. This was not going to matter to Tim. Their cars were neck to neck while Tom smirked, Tim just concentrated. Engines burned, wheels loosened, and no matter what happened, the racers continued striving to finish the race once and for all.

Sweat poured off Tim’s forehead as Tom took a shortcut. Tweet! The judge blew the whistle and Tom was forced to drive onto the sidewalk. He was now disqualified. Tim grinned from ear to ear. He was going to win. “See you later.” Tim realised he was daydreaming, and Crystal had caught up. He slammed the pedal and raced back just to catch up.

Finally, he past the finish line and came 1st. The crowd cheered for him. His dream had come true.
