the minds of others are so complicated
so extraordinary and complex
you never know what anyone can be thinking at any moment in their silence
and yet
i knew how yours worked and thinked
i fell in love with your memories
walking through the walls of your brain
staring at the picture frames that held all of your mind’s storage
the memories of you and your family at the beach
the tough times you went through by yourself
and in the centre core of your mind
was me

and that’s when I knew
you fell in love with me too.
