What defines humanity?
A winding red thread burns
The slow ticking clock of mortality
An acquaintance made from shadowing apparitions
Am I still human to smile when the tide turns?
What defines my humanity?
Absolute resentment resides towards touching something so dirty
Does the water curl in disgust at cleaning such filth?
Claws cage upstanding purity
Are you not anything but pure?
What defines their humanity?
Similarities shoved and labelled by intention
True differences are mere projections of hopeful faith
Faith, the protection to fear
Can my arrogance be defined as faith?
